I admit I don't know much about the question of systemic racism in America, and how it breaks down according to demographics and specific scenarios. In the video below, Amala Ekpunobi—one super-smart, courageous individual—fields questions during the Q & A session of a lecture that deals with systemic racism. The questions range from ambient oppression to pregnant black mothers' mortality rates to unequal access to medicine. Amala fields these questions with intelligence and aplomb for someone who is still so young. Like the great Larry Elder, she has a formidable command of facts.
