Merry Christmas to all and sundry. May this be a time of good cheer and good food. I'm in the midst of making a no-knead bread, and I've got a pasta Alfredo with seared salmon lined up for lunch or dinner, plus maybe a Christmas indulgence of Krispy Kreme doughnuts if the local branch is open (then back to the discipline until New Year's). Thought about doing eggnog, but that's a lot of stirring. May your day be merry and bright.
