Those options don't work for the Philippines--it's cheap but slow and generally poor.
One thing that drives me crazy is that most doctors don't do appointments--you just show up and wait your turn. This means if you don't arrive early in the morning, you'll be waiting all day/ Thankfully, my Dr. Jo utilizes the appointment method.
