"Star Trek: Discovery," which I never watched, but about which I heard much bitter commentary, is finally going off the air. The Critical Drinker had a lot to say about this show, which featured Starfleet officers and crew who acted like emotionally incontinent teenagers—subordinates routinely sassing back at commanders, and main character Michael Burnham (a woman, and Spock's adoptive sister to boot) crying every other scene. Below is Nerdrotic's take on the passing of a show no one will miss:
