Bill Maher claims to have had enough of the Hollywood actors'/writers' strike, and he's bringing his show, "Real Time with Bill Maher," back without writers and in a stripped-down format. Most of the general public doesn't seem to care one way or another if no new content gets created: no one misses woke Disney content or new Marvel movies and TV shows. Small, independent creators and news hounds dominate places like YouTube now, and the people are doing fine just entertaining themselves. What's to miss? Meanwhile, Maher himself says occasionally lucid things, but he remains trapped in his Trump Derangement Syndrome (a lot like the no-longer-respectable Sam Harris), so he's not to be trusted.
