Bureaucratic error? Leftie malice? Something else? In this video, Styx notes a seeming clerical error (or malicious entry) in a Texas public-safety database. A black man has his race listed as white, and it makes you wonder just how often this sort of "error" occurs, which further makes you wonder about how skewed against whites the stats are.
