When you rapidly fire all the rounds in your gun's magazine into a target to make sure it's dead, that's called a mag dump. The term can be used verbally as well, e.g., She mag dumped into that criminal. Here's a Donut Operator video titled, "Female Deputy magdumps suspect who tried to shoot her - Intense bodycam footage." It is indeed pretty intense, and the officer was lucky to get out of the scrape alive. The suspect, full of holes, didn't.
