The following Sorted Food vid is basically a long ad for Sorted's "Sidekick" cooking app. But the app has a nifty idea behind it: you buy fresh ingredients that you use throughout the week over several recipes, thus minimizing food waste. On the one hand, the idea isn't new: it's a sort of "cooking common sense" that leftover ingredients from one meal can be ported over to another. But people normally port ingredients over with varying degrees of efficiency, and if the Sidekick app helps to smooth that process out, then it might be worth purchasing.
