China now attacks Filipino ships with impunity

With China having unilaterally drawn a "nine-dash line" (you have to see it on a map: there are literally nine dashes) that essentially claims all of the South China Sea for itself, the country feels it can bully anyone within "its" waters, despite the fact that China's nine-dash boundary isn't internationally recognized.
