As we learn in this old TED Talk (this moment in particular), the psych term for this is duping delight, i.e., the satisfaction of having done something underhanded and having gotten away with it. In the video, the term applies specifically to lying, but duping delight appears in other contexts, too. "Justice" against Trump was a travesty, but hey, we pulled the travesty off!
