is Kevin Spacey innocent?

Is Kevin Spacey innocent of sexual misconduct, or at least not as guilty as once thought? I don't know what to think. A lot of people have been #MeToo'ed, rightly and wrongly. I don't think I've ever heard the other side of Spacey's story, though.

The lesson I take from the above video is the importance of the presumption of innocence. The video suggests that Spacey hasn't been found guilty of any misconduct, but was/is he innocent? The video talks around the question and delves more into how, in trying to correct one injustice by believing victims/accusers, another injustice was created in which people have been falsely or unjustly accused. But was Spacey one of those victims?
