If you watch enough comedians, you see they often do the same routine in different venues, practicing their craft on talk shows and whatnot before trying their lines out on stage. I've come to think of this as par for the course. But when a politician recycles lines and re-crafts them for the audience in front of him, is that the same thing? You decide.
