Only a few hours ago, when it was still Monday, I suddenly remembered a key ingredient that I'd neglected to top Saturday's tabbouleh-like salad with: my pomegranate seeds. Now, I'm going to have to find some other use for the seeds (which are in my freezer)... unless I make the salad again. I certainly have enough leftover dressing. Damn—the seeds!
I noticed the pomegranate seeds in the recipe you sent and figured you just didn't have them. They definitely would have been a nice addition--HJ commented later that the salad could use something red. Also, in the spirit of a post mortem, I think the original amount of lemon juice was probably the right amount; it definitely could have used a little more acid. But that is also a matter of personal taste.
