Listen for the lyrics parodying the lyrics mentioned in my 8:00 a.m. post ("Bread to bagel, bagel to bread"). And know that the goofing on the "Frenchness" of the movie is because "Emilia Pérez," despite its Mexican subject matter, was based on a French novel and written-directed by a Frenchman, arguably giving it the trappings of a French movie.
