When in doubt, ban! Right? Much better than just arguing your point. This newest attempt at suppression isn't coming from the German government so much as it's coming from rival political parties that feel threatened by the AfD. And as in the States, the lie is: "They're a threat to (our) democracy!" This is usually screamed by the undemocratic side.
