Is it possible that this English teacher of Indians is helping contribute to the fleecing of elderly, native, English speakers around the globe? Theoretically, could he be considered an accomplice in these computer crimes?
Personally, I'd like to see Microsoft, Norton's, Best Buy, ect. also be held accountable for not doing more to protect elderly consumers as well as YouTube for their unending assortment of dubious ads that they don't seem to vet the validity of.
