chick-chick-chick

Here's a closeup shot of my chicken-breasty meal:


Baked boneless chicken breast on top of a layer of spaghetti-squash Bleufredo (not visible), sprinkled with green peas.

The above isn't the most appealing shot I've ever taken, but the meal tasted a hell of a lot better than it looked. The chicken and the Bleufredo were a perfect match in terms of taste and texture. I'd proudly serve that as an airplane meal.
