A damn good-looking burger (with no fucking onions!):
Sort of a dull presentation, but the resultant burger has me drooling. That's a proper smash burger. I'd love to be able to do real smash burgers in my apartment, but I'm terrified about possibly triggering the building's fire alarm, so as you know, I developed my own method (see here and here). It's still smoky, but not as bad the real thing.
