Scary times. He was incompetent when he still had a functioning brain; now he's a clueless incompetent (or whoever is pulling the strings backstage is).
It was for situations like this that the 25th Amendment was ratified. Unfortunately, invoking that brings about a President Kamala. Talk about out of the frying pan and into the fire...
