I'm going to America in late March. Can't wait to bite into one or ten of these when I get there although, frankly, ten would kill me.
ADDENDUM: I inexpertly tried making these once. Keto versions here.

Tasty Grammar is the general site—the front door, if you will. The Superficial is the free site. The Profound is the paid site, with in-depth content and an actual curriculum. Test Central isn't a Substack site, but it's where the in-depth quizzes, tests, answers, and explanations can be found. More Substacks to come as I develop new courses and keep adding features! There is a good Jamaican place in town where we could get some.
ReplyDeleteI looked online and immediately found two Jamaican restos in Fredericksburg: Pimenta (Caroline St.) and Taste of Trelawney (Randolph Rd.). Which do you recommend? Sounds like a good reward after we do a long-ish walk.
DeleteSpeaking of which: I downloaded a new app called AllTrails; it shows paths from all over the world, including right here in Korea. I'm going to take it for a spin along some familiar routes to see whether it does real-time GPS tracking and such. Might be useful on the Camino. In the meantime, I've been exploring paths in Fredericksburg, e.g.: Spotsylvania Court House Battlefield (easy, 5 mi.); Motts Run Loop (moderate, 7.9 mi.), etc. There are shorter ones all over the place, too, like Heritage Trail and Canal Path Loop (easy, 3.2 mi.). No shortage of places to walk. More later.
