  2. Here's a remedy I use:

    Boil one cup rice in 2.5 cups water.
    Drink water.
    Cool rice and mix with 1 cup yogurt.

    This should help equalize things.

    Hubby's remedy:

    Mix 1 Tbsp of methi/fenugreek seeds with one cup plain yogurt, and swallow (don't attempt chewing the seeds, they're likely to chip a tooth... or two).
