election-integrity measures, state by state

I found a Heritage Foundation site that tracks the level of election-integrity measures taken by US states since 2021 to minimize fraud. See the actual chart here; it's easy enough to understand. Read about how the chart reckons integrity here (scorecard). The election-fraud database is here. I've been looking for a reference like this for a long time. Sad to see Virginia in the yellow zone. It's surprising to see how many red states haven't done much to improve integrity. Full disclosure: the Heritage Foundation is a right-leaning site, so factor in what bias you will, but don't simply discredit the site because of its alignment.
