This is motivated mostly by pride and ego, but I wanted you to know that the tzatziki picture that I'd shown before—the one with the olive oil floating around the edge—was not showing you a tzatziki that had split. That olive oil had simply been unmixed during the initial making of the sauce. Once I stirred it in, it was fully incorporated, and no splitting ever occurred. As usual, I cannot mess up tzatziki—one of the only things I can brag about in this life.
Right. So, today's walk, which I'll start in an hour, will be a 14K jaunt out to the Jamshil Bridge and back, and with a pack on my back to see how I do when encumbered.
