True? Not the "lied their asses off" part, but rather the "flayed alive" part. I mean, it could be that American journalists are like flies: when they sense death, they gather, and Biden is a walking corpse. But I tend to think of the popular labels "lapdog media" and "palace-guard media" when I hear people talk about the media and how the press protects its own (i.e., fellow Democrats). Some journos may have soured on Biden, given his constant, evident deterioration and especially his recent performance, but I seriously doubt we'll ever see the press corp turn on Biden the way they constantly did on Donald Trump. That would be expecting too much consistency from such an immoral pack of liars.
Yeah, he fucked up so bad this time it couldn't be ignored or spun. I expect once the attention of the American people is diverted from the ongoing disaster, we'll see stories about how heroic Biden was in minimizing the damage that was all Trump's fault anyway.
