AI has made US education into a joke. Matt Walsh talks about this "catastrophic problem." It's a problem in all sectors, from public school to college. Especially public school.

In the end, Walsh concludes that "localized" teaching, i.e., homeschooling, is the way to go because direct, personalized interaction cuts AI out of the equation.

Which reminds me: you can still buy my book on Amazon. While it's ostensibly about homeschooling, it's really about the basics of teaching, which means it's for everybody. It's available on Amazon only as an ebook now: the paperback version that Amazon sold (I yanked it) was of very poor quality—weak padding compound in the perfect binding ensures that the pages will fall out. Terrible. And the hard-cover version, while of much better quality, leaves something to be desired in terms of cover design: I was able to upload my own design for the front cover, but Amazon forced me to use its clunky template to design the back cover.

I've printed up a set of books locally here in Korea, ready to be sent out. Their cover price is $6.99, but I'll drop that to an even $6, plus the cost to ship to your US residence from South Korea via air mail (cheaper) or EMS (more expensive expedited mail). I don't think Korea has a cheaper "media mail" option; otherwise, I'd happily use that. Your choice. I'd go for the ebook, personally: it's an instant download, it's way cheaper, and you never have to worry about pages falling out.
