Also: write "the 80s," not "the 80's." And it's OK to use an apostrophe to pluralize if merely adding an "s" will cause confusion. Example: My son gets nothing but A's in school. That's about the only context in which using an apostrophe to pluralize is legitimate.





A fish, at this point, is probably concentrating on being unable to breathe.
