What kept them from being keto was my use of most of the last of my chocolate chips.
Otherwise, they tasted good. I had only three. The rest are for later.
ADDENDUM: but would I get this premixed package again? Probably not. The textures a bit off and rather dense, and the taste, even with the chip enhancement, is just average. This rates a "bleh" in my book. So of the stuff I brought back with me from the States, I liked the pancake/waffle mix and the vanilla-cake mix best. Even the pancake/waffle mix was kind of bland, so the overall winner was the cake mix. Yay!
