On Friday this week, I have a rather big (as in important) doctor's appointment. I have just enough medicine left to make it to the appointment (after supplementation from my local doc). When I go in on Friday, I'll give the usual urine and blood samples, but I'll also submit to a cardiac ultrasound to see what sort of blockages might have cropped up since my August 2024 heart attack and stent insertion. Depending on the results of that ultrasound, we'll see whether other procedures are warranted.
I know this wish is impossible to fulfill, but it'd be nice to have some kind of injectable stem-cell therapy that could just rejuvenate and strengthen the heart muscle. But that probably won't become readily available in my lifetime, so for the moment, all I've got are the Big Three: diet, exercise, and meds. And whatever else I can do to reduce stress, which docs increasingly agree is a huge killer. See more here.

Good luck!
