Here are baked potatoes, three ways:

Each preparation has its unique charm. I found it hard to decide on a favorite among the three potatoes, but I'd probably rank them this way:

1. pancetta/4-cheese
2. tuna
3. sweet potato

Really, though, all three look great, and I'll have to try making all three.
