the coup in Russia was just a "coup," and it's over already?

It's safe to say that I don' know nuthin 'bout nuthin, and we probably won't know the whole truth about this Russian "coup" for months, or maybe years, or maybe ever. But people are saying that Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner Group, has stopped his march on Moscow. I'm not even going to try to speculate on what any of this means, but if you go to the comments section of this Instapundit post, you can read tons of breathless conjecture, all of it probably wrong. The wackiest theory is that Putin and Prigozhin were working together this whole time to shake out disloyal elements in the government. I don't know how this squares with Putin having just called the Wagner Group "traitors," but I don't claim to understand the Russian mindset. An almost-coup that's there and gone deserves some kind of nickname:

Weekend Kerfuffle?
Prigozhin Just Posin'?
48 Hours of Power, Then Flowers?
Call It Treason for No Reason?
Operation Shake Dat Tree?

I don't know. I don't know anything.

ADDENDUM: Why the Anti-Putin Coup Ended.
