Couldn't find your comment on the video, hope you'll share it here. Here in the Philippines, many women insist that "age is just a number." So, I've chosen to be thirty.
ReplyDeleteThe age gap thing is so common here that I barely notice it anymore. It's the Western man dating a Filipina near his age that stands out in the crowd. I've certainly been known to partake in my share of youthful ladies, but even I have my limits. Like that sick feeling I got when I realized the woman I was with was the same age as my granddaughter. Yuck!
Broadly speaking, I get everything that guy says. At some level I would lump myself in the "well, it is sort of gross and I don't think those types of relationships can last for myriad reasons... But... I get it. If I were a rich (single) guy (or post apocalyptic guy) I would totally do it - for a time.
