Who's the "they," and are "they" really "done"? Probably not. But put aside your literalism, ignore the clickbait, and listen to the video. If the West doesn't clean house now, it's pretty much finished as a culture. And don't think this is going to end with the whole world becoming a happy shade of light brown, with all cultures blending into one big, pleasant food court.
