It would still be hot and humid if I were to do this, but I've discovered—by using Naver Map to measure distances—that I can do my nighttime walks inside my building by walking a lap on every floor from B6 all the way to 26 and, if I desire, all the way back down. For each floor from B1 to 26, a lap would be about 210 meters. From B2 down to B6, it's all an underground parking garage, so I'm conjecturing that a "lap" in that space would be 100 meters shorter. So 110 m × 4 underground floors = 440 m, plus 220 m × 26 floors (another 5720 m) equals 5940 m—almost 6 km. Wow. This means that, if I were to do a lap on every floor from B6 to 26, using the stairwell to go up a floor every time, I could do almost 6 km total, and if I decided to go back down floor by floor, I could do a total of 12 km indoors. That would be longer than my 9K route out to the Han River and back. During the day, however, the building's hallways are a muggy sweatbox, so if I were to try walking inside at all, I'd have to do it at night. My only worry then would be whether I might scare my "neighbors" (I don't know any of these people, Korean or foreign). Anyway, it's a thought.
I could start off by doing "halvsies," beginning at 26 and working my way down to B1. Or I could try the sweatier route of going up from B1 to 26. Much to think about, I have.

I can just imagine the urban legends of the lumbering beast that stalks the halls at night....
