Is Scotch steak normally that expensive?
ReplyDeleteI have little idea about US prices anymore, but relative to the US, Korean prices for beef at least used to be 2-3 times higher. (It does depend on the cut, though, as is true in the States.)
DeleteI had to look up "Scotch fillet." Turns out it's a boneless ribeye, so I imagine it's a little on the expensive side.
