This video makes a point I wish I'd made more strongly in my review of "Psych": Henry Spencer—my favorite character on the show—is the real hero behind all of Shawn's greatness, in spite of Shawn's constantly rebellious attempts to reject his father and the man's teachings, all of which Shawn uses to make himself look great. The video focuses on Henry Spencer's crucial role on the show, but the question is whether Chief Vick knew Shawn wasn't really psychic. I long suspected that Vick was too smart not to know.
