whew

Spätzle is fun to make, but as I wrote before, it's very labor-intensive.  I made a large batch of the German pasta tonight, but I ruined part of the batch and had to throw that part away.  Live and learn.  I'll talk more about what went wrong after I serve lunch Friday afternoon.  Stay tuned:  pictures and commentary are on the way.
