What a nightmare that must have been. I recall my last Itaewon Halloween several years ago and the insanity on the streets and sidewalks. Especially the alley that runs behind the Hamilton, which is large compared to where the tragedy occurred. Couldn't wait to get away from the crowds and never went back. I didn't have a sense of danger, I just hated being jammed up. Little did I know just how bad it could be.
