How many of these mistakes do I make?
Some kind commenter gamely listed the errors with time stamps, allowing me to comment on them. My comments are in red:

This requires patience. 17:48 taste as you cook Not a problem for me. 18:21 rest protein after cooking Not a problem for me. 18:34 pre-heat pan/oven Not a problem for me. 18:50 which salt to use Not a problem for me. 19:25 wash produce Not a problem for me. 19:42 don't oil grill grates This one's not relevant since I'm in an apartment. 20:00 check all appliances when done Not a problem for me.
