In a few minutes, I'm heading across the hall to the dentist to have my permanent (or "permanent") crown put in. I've had this temporary crown in my mouth for over ten days. Here's hoping that the molds that got made last time will make for a nicely shaped "tooth" that fits tightly over the remains of my once-rotten molar. I guess we'll see. If I remember to take photos of whatever photos they take, I'll put them up. Otherwise, the rest of this week's focus is on only a few things:
- finish prep for Thanksgiving
- finish prepping that Buddhist care package for my bud
- finish neatening up my apartment
- finish prepping for the rest of my walk
As ROK Drop notes, it was snowing in Gangweon Province. Not a good sign for me.
And even though this post's been up for 14 hours, it's gotten no visits so thus. All y'all senile bastards just ain't checkin', is ya'?
UPDATE: well, that took about half an hour. I apparently have a gum issue, though; I've been advised to floss well back there, to brush hard (even if it involves bleeding), and to come back if there's a problem (sensitivity? infection? they didn't say, and I didn't ask). I was offered the chance to book an appointment after my walk. I said no, but I also noted that I work right across the hall, so if there's ever a problem, I can just walk on over.
