At 7:55, the power came back on. I can have a day, now.
UPDATE: at 8:10, we got the unnecessary PA announcement (yes, many/most Korean apartments have PA speakers in them so The Man can always reach you) saying the electricity work has been completed. Well, yay. I'd never have known otherwise.
