Johnny Somali (real name: Ramsey Khalid Ismael) had his first big day on trial recently (May 16); his trial actually started this past March. He also had a seventh charge levied against him, so his maximum sentence could be up to more than 36 years. It's doubtful he'll get anything like the maximum sentence, but I'm hoping he gets at least ten, with no possibility of early release. And should he ever come back to Korea, I'd love for him to be shot dead. But that's never going to happen; Korea's too civilized.
Somali/Ismael's next court date is on August 13. This is gonna drag out.
