My April utility bill showed up earlier today—only W183,000. I don't know what I did that was different from what I'd done the previous month (over W300,000 bill, and I was in the States for the last week of March), but here we are: a bill that's almost half of the previous month's bill (then again, I was in the States for half of April, too). This cheapness won't last, though: hot weather is coming, and once I start using the air conditioner, I expect my utility bill to be easily over W300,000, maybe higher than W500,000. I'll try my best to use electric fans in the meantime, but I'm not looking forward to summer.
