It's not looking as though I need to go early for any blood draws or urine samples today, but just to be on the safe side, I'm still going to go a bit early to Samsung Seoul Hospital, then hit an information kiosk to confirm that I don't need to take any tests today. If this means I arrive early, then sit around doing nothing for over an hour, that's not a problem: I'm not exactly in a rush, being the unemployed bum I am. I'll update this post with my own numbers later today.
About that whole unemployment thing: as I've said in past posts, July is the Month When It Happens. By the end of this month, I ought to have either some form of gainful employment (university or corporate work) or be well on my way to working online via my new Squarespace site. I don't think the site will be totally up and running by July 31, but the basic skeletal structure ought to be visible for all to see. This is a busy month, even for us unemployed people.
Meanwhile, I've scheduled a bunch of posts on this blog to finish out the month, and there will likely be some lingering, meme-related posts in August, but I expect I will have migrated the bulk of my online activity to the new site by the end of this month. My various Blogspot blogs (this main blog plus my walk blogs and one old tutoring blog) will remain here until I figure out how to port everything over to Squarespace. Once everything gets ported over, I'll delete my presence from Blogspot entirely, and the only way to find me on Blogspot, after that, will be via the Wayback machine.
