I got a new Substack subscriber (regular, not spicy), so I'm up to ten. Only one paying subscriber in the bunch, but that's okay. Start with a core group, build trust and loyalty, and some will jump over to paid subscriptions. Fingers and tentacles crossed.
UPDATE: another subscriber. Eleven. But it's too early to get greedy.

Tasty Grammar is the general site—the front door, if you will. The Superficial is the free site. The Profound is the paid site, with in-depth content and an actual curriculum. Test Central isn't a Substack site, but it's where the in-depth quizzes, tests, answers, and explanations can be found. More Substacks to come as I develop new courses and keep adding features! Check back.
Have you thought of putting a link to your Substack in the sidebar? Or including a link in posts where you mention it? You know, for those people who didn't get in on the ground floor and now are not sure how to get there. Asking for a friend.
ReplyDeleteI despair of anyone ever looking at my sidebar for anything. I normally provide links to my two Substack sites whenever I talk about them (but maybe I didn't this time). I'll try to be more ruthless about leaving those links from now on. In fact, I think I can create a "signature" that appears on each post—a signature that includes links.
