David Carradine and Bruce Lee: the bitter history

The AI voice makes good points, but it should be remembered that Carradine never became anything more than a martial actor, not a martial artist. Carradine was a dancer by training. He did eventually take up martial arts, but as a casual study, and if his poorly written book The Spirit of Shaolin (which I can't believe I read) is any indication, he began to think of himself as a martial artist. I don't think a true student of the Way would end up strangling himself in a fit of autoerotic asphyxiation. What a way to go.
