Rob Reiner, 78, and his wife Michele, 68, were found stabbed to death in their Los Angeles home. Their son Nick, a drug addict, is in custody as the probable murderer. I vaguely remember All in the Family from when I was a kid, and I have the faintest recollections of Meathead (Reiner's character). Reiner went on to become a director, and I give him full credit for This Is Spinal Tap, Stand by Me, The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, and A Few Good Men, but aside from that, I think he was a woke moron who occupied my thoughts not at all except as a faint, vaguely unpleasant odor in my brain. That said, I'd offer my sincerest thoughts and condolences to Reiner's family, but it was his son who stabbed him to death, so maybe Reiner's family didn't love him, either.
