With the twelve-foot high concertina-wire fence that's supposedly surrounding the White House now, plus the 20,000 National Guardsmen standing watch to quell any possible violence... yeah. Remember when Hillary Clinton used actual ropes to keep the press away from her person? The left is generally repressive like that, and they love projecting their repressiveness onto the right. Expect more examples of Democrats saying "Walls are bad!" while hiding themselves behind walls, along with other signs that we're under a dictatorship masquerading as a compassionate lockdown. Restrictions for thee but not for me.

Why is this not a scandal? Because it's repressing the right, and that's good according to the left. If Donald Trump had done that at his inauguration, though, the leftist, corporate media would have been masturbating themselves bloody in self-righteous fury.

I think historians one day might see the loss of an independent Fourth Estate as the beginning of the end of American democracy.
A friend of mine posted this on Facebook this morning. I share his sentiments:
I'm looking for some advice from my friends who are Democrats. You see I'm "Old School", I was raised to respect the President and the incredibly hard job they have to do.
It was easy when I was in the Navy and served under two men I voted for, Carter and Reagan. It was a lot harder during the Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama years but not so bad under the Trump years.
I see that the times have changed and in an attempt to keep up I want to make sure I know what I am supposed to say, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I should say these things:
* He's not my President.
* He's a Racist.
* His family is corrupt.
* The Election was rigged.
* He's too old, is he even alive?
* What's wrong with his face?
* He's a puppet for a foreign power.
* He's a pedophile.
* Impeach him.
* Impeach him again.
I realize this is a case of teaching an old dog new tricks but does that about cover it? I do so want to fit in.
