Amber Heard may be the most hated woman in show biz after all the lies she tried to tell in court during the Johnny Depp trial. But DC Studios decided to stick with Heard (just as DC stuck with the problematic Ezra Miller for "The Flash"), and despite rumors that Heard's scenes have been radically trimmed down in the sequel, she's still in the film, and "Aquaman 2" is probably going to end up being another huge, steaming failure as audiences tire of wokeness and experience ever greater superhero fatigue.
Before all this nonsense from Heard blew up during that trial, I recall seeing the first "Aquaman" and thinking Heard was actually rather funny, especially in her "eat the rose" scene. Then we all learned just what a psychopath she is in real life, and it's hard for me to separate the artist from the art in this case.
Sorry, Jason Momoa, but I have zero interest in seeing "Aquaman 2."
