Today's route will be 18K, a combination of the Jamshil Bridge route and a few extra laps around the two parks close to my building. If I can do 18K, I ought to be able to do 29K on the long walk. Besides, the walk itself tends to train and condition the body.
ADDENDUM: I had originally thought there was rain until 6 p.m. today, then I realized that I'd set the weather site to show me Busan's weather, where rain had suddenly reappeared. All clear here, and the forecast for Busan, once I'm down there, looks good. I hope Mother Nature gets all of the rain out of the way before I start walking, but Mother Nature has to contend with Murphy's Law, which dictates that I will have at least one or two rainy days on the trail. All the more reason to make sure the feet are thoroughly taped up, this time, before I begin any given day's walk. Wish me luck.

Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI've just gotten back from a conference in the US--thus my radio silence for the past week. Good to see you're still alive.
Thanks and welcome back.
