Salmon BLT for the Fourth!

How I made my salmon BLT to fête the Fourth:

1. Start off with frozen salmon:

2. Assemble the glaze and boil. In this case, I made a sweet glaze/marinade of brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Veddy nice, veddy nice. Behold:

3. Introduce the salmon to the glaze:

4. Realize that there's a better way to get the salmon to marinate in the glaze:

5. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp:

6. I said CRISP:

7. Cook up the marinated/glazed salmon:
